/ Sanding & Refinishing

Restore without replacing

Most worn floors need sanding back to bare wood—not replacement. Proper preparation is paramount to the quality results our customers expect. We sand according to what the species requires, custom stain as desired, and apply finish in controlled coats.

Solid & Engineered Installation

Species-specific from day one

Solid and engineered boards each acclimate differently. We stage material on-site for the required period, confirm subfloor flatness and moisture readings, then nail-down or glue-down to spec.

LVP Installation

Any grade level, properly prepped

LVP tolerates below-grade and on-grade installs that solid wood cannot. Subfloor flatness and moisture control still matter—we handle the barrier, self-leveling where required, and the floating system.

Finish coats and job completion

We read moisture levels, check flatness, and identify species and finish condition before quoting. What we find on-site sets the scope.

New material stages on-site for the required acclimation period. Subfloor is leveled, cleaned, and confirmed before any board touches it.

Refinishing jobs go through drum sanding, edge work, and stain application. Installations follow the method the species and subfloor call for.

After thorough cleaning, finish is applied to seal in the beauty of your floor. We ensure customer satisfaction before the job is complete.
